Nightlife Blogger/Office Assistant
BostonNightLife.tv is seeking a detail-oriented, aspiring magazine or online journalists looking for practical and super fun internship. Interns would be responsible for writing/editing blogs about Boston nightlife as well as maintaining and updating calendar section of website: Applicant must be flexible and enthusiastic, and love going out and experiencing Boston nightlife scene. This internship also requires help with office tasks such as creating excel sheets and organizing blog coverage. Intern must be an independent worker.
Photographer
BostonNightLife.tv is seeking a photo intern for one to three days a week based on availability to send out to nightlife events that will be covered on BostonNightLife.tv’s blog. Intern must have personal professional camera and editing equipment, Photoshop. Internship is unpaid, but intern will be credited on published pictures, and name will appear on photo itself. Photography interns have covered everything from Celtics games, Paris Hilton Boston appearance and Wine tasting events.
New Media / Marketing
BostonNightLife.tv is seeking an intern that is majoring in new media/marketing. Candidate must know how to use new media as a marketing tool to reach out to new viewers using FaceBook, MySpace, Twitter, Yelp.com and many more social networks. Marketing aspect could be anything from organizing guerilla marketing to helping market at BostonNightLife.tv events and video shoots. Must be willing to work independently and help with office tasks as well.
