"Content" is defined as all posts, messages, links, emails, uploaded files, or any other user created data. Anyone submitting Content is responsible for that Content. BostonNightLife.tv does not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, quality or the integrity of any Content. BostonNightLife.tv does not guarantee that Content will not be lost, deleted, or damaged. Content may be distributed to a third-party server in order to use mobile device capabilities.
Below is a list of prohibited Content:
- Content that violates any law including, the laws of any locality, state, country, nation or treaty.
- Content that infringes upon any rights (including copyrights, patents, moral and privacy rights).
- Content that is threatening, defamatory, racist, abusive, obscene, or profane.

- Content that includes pornography, nudity, sexual, prurient, or objectionable material of any kind.
The assessment of whether content is prohibited is left solely to the absolute discretion of BostonNightLife.tv. At its discretion, BostonNightLife.tv will remove any Content it deems prohibited without notice to the user submitting the Content.
